Analysis laboratory

Laboratory is specialized in precious metals analysis in a wide range of different matrix as sweeps, exhaust catalysts, sludge, galvanic solutions, metal scraps, etc. The analysis are performed using classic method like “cuppelation” and instrumental proprietary methods. The high degree of reliability of the results obtained and the speed of response make the Analysis Laboratory the fulcrum of the trust relationship between Chimet and its customers.

To confirm the value of the Analysis Laboratory, each year the Lab successfully participates in inter-laboratory circuits, promoted by LBMA and LPPM, performing analysis of unknown samples of gold , silver, palladium, platinum and rhodium , strengthening Chimet's position in the refining of precious metals at an international level
